Our professionals who attend both service requests and incidents are structured in 3 levels of service:

  • Level 1: receives, records, classifies and performs an initial analysis of customer requests. Solve 80% of the service requests, scaling them to the next levels in case of not being able to perform the task.
  • Level 2: receives requests that can not be resolved in level 1, escalating them to level 3 in cases where they are not solvable in level 2. You also receive direct requests from clients with Advanced or Premium support.
  • Level 3: receives requests escalated from the previous level, being in this case the last existing level within the support process.
